Orders on our website are made under the following conditions :

• The amount of & delivery costs & varies depending on the country of delivery and the number of products to be delivered
• Carrier: DPD or JAN KREDIET

Product damage :

• You must ascertain the damage with the delivery person
• Unpack the package (s) in front of the delivery person to check your product, in case of damage, report it on the delivery slip and send us a copy to the following email address contact@decodasie.com
• In case of damage, please take a photo of the product (s) concerned send it to us by email & nbsp; at the address contac@decodasie.com. If this is not done we will not be able to grant a replacement or refund of the damaged item. 

Return of products :

• The Product must be returned, in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, with the references of the initial Order and a copy of the complaint to the head office of Déco D'asie, after sending a email to contact@decodasie.com indicating the reason for returning the Product.
